  1. Step 01

    Stand holding two dumbbells at the thighs

  2. Step 02

    Keep a slight bend in the elbows

  3. Step 03

    Raise the bells straight in front

  4. Step 04

    Lift to about shoulder height

  5. Step 05

    Pause briefly at the top

  6. Step 06

    Lower under control
