How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Set the bar on the upper back in the Smith machine

  2. Step 02

    Place the balls of the feet on a block

  3. Step 03

    Unrack and let the heels drop

  4. Step 04

    Drive up onto the toes

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the calves at the top

  6. Step 06

    Lower under control for a full stretch
