    Bend forward supporting torso on pad

  2. Step 02

    Place toes on platform

  3. Step 03

    Push through feet to raise heels high

  4. Step 04

    Pause briefly at top

  5. Step 05

    Lower slowly for deep stretch

  6. Step 06

    Repeat
