How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Lie on bench with narrow grip barbell

  2. Step 02

    Lower bar halfway between chest and forehead

  3. Step 03

    Bend elbows deeply keeping upper arms fixed

  4. Step 04

    Press bar back up extending elbows

  5. Step 05

    Repeat
