How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Grip parallel bars and lock elbows

  2. Step 02

    Keep torso upright

  3. Step 03

    Lower by bending elbows to 90°

  4. Step 04

    Press back up extending elbows fully

  5. Step 05

    Repeat
