How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Place the hands together under the chest, fingers forming a diamond

  2. Step 02

    Assume a plank with a straight body

  3. Step 03

    Lower the chest toward the hands

  4. Step 04

    Keep the elbows tucked close

  5. Step 05

    Press back up to full extension

  6. Step 06

    Maintain a rigid torso throughout
