How to do it.
- Step 01
Attach a V-bar to a high pulley
- Step 02
Grip the bar with both hands
- Step 03
Keep the elbows pinned at the sides
- Step 04
Push the bar down to full extension
- Step 05
Squeeze the triceps at the bottom
- Step 06
Return slowly to the start
