How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Attach a V-bar to a high pulley

  2. Step 02

    Grip the bar with both hands

  3. Step 03

    Keep the elbows pinned at the sides

  4. Step 04

    Push the bar down to full extension

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the triceps at the bottom

  6. Step 06

    Return slowly to the start
