How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Adjust the seat and grip the handles

  2. Step 02

    Set the upper arms against the pad

  3. Step 03

    Extend the arms by pushing the handles down

  4. Step 04

    Lock out at the bottom

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the triceps

  6. Step 06

    Return slowly to the stretch
