How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Grip a low cable handle with the outside hand

  2. Step 02

    Hold the machine and lean away from the stack

  3. Step 03

    Let the arm cross slightly in front

  4. Step 04

    Raise the handle out to the side

  5. Step 05

    Lift to shoulder height

  6. Step 06

    Lower slowly to the stretch
