How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Lie flat with knees bent

  2. Step 02

    Cross arms on chest or hands behind head

  3. Step 03

    Sit up until torso vertical

  4. Step 04

    Lower slowly back down

  5. Step 05

    Repeat
