How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Lie flat on the back with legs straight

  2. Step 02

    Place the hands under the hips for support

  3. Step 03

    Keep the legs straight and lift them up

  4. Step 04

    Raise until the hips begin to curl

  5. Step 05

    Lower the legs slowly toward the floor

  6. Step 06

    Stop before the lower back arches
