How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Secure the feet on a decline bench

  2. Step 02

    Lie back with hands by the head or across the chest

  3. Step 03

    Curl the torso up toward the knees

  4. Step 04

    Squeeze the abs at the top

  5. Step 05

    Lower under control along the decline

  6. Step 06

    Repeat for reps
