How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Set both pulleys above shoulder height

  2. Step 02

    Grip a handle in each hand and step forward

  3. Step 03

    Start with arms out high and slightly bent

  4. Step 04

    Pull the handles down and together at the waist

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the lower chest at the bottom

  6. Step 06

    Return slowly to the high stretched position

  • Finish with the hands meeting low near the hips

  • Keep a consistent elbow bend

  • Avoid shrugging the shoulders up
