For the best review

  • One training day per line.
  • Add sets and reps, for example 3x10.
  • Include every day you train, even the short ones.

How to get your workout routine rated

Paste your weekly routine, pick your goal and training days, and read an honest review of your split.

  1. 1

    Paste your routine

Type or paste your week, one day per line, with exercises and sets and reps if you know them.

  2. 2

    Pick your goal and days

Choose whether you train to build muscle, lose fat or get stronger, and how many days a week you train.

  3. 3

    Read the review

Get a score out of 10, your weekly sets per muscle, what works, what does not, and the one change that would help most.

How it works

What a coach looks at first.

Weekly volume

Hard sets per muscle per week drive muscle growth. The review counts them from your routine and flags muscles that get too little, or far too much.

Frequency and balance

Training a muscle twice a week usually beats once. The review checks how often each muscle is hit and whether pushing, pulling and legs are balanced.

Fit for your goal

A strength routine lives on heavy main lifts; a muscle-building one needs enough sets in the right rep ranges. The score is judged against the goal and days you pick.

Questions, answered

Workout routines, explained.

What makes a good workout split?
A good split trains every major muscle at least twice a week, gives each one roughly 10 to 20 hard sets across the week when muscle is the goal, balances pushing, pulling and leg work, and fits the days you can actually train. The best split on paper loses to the one you can run for months.
How many sets per muscle per week should I do?
For muscle growth, most research points to about 10 to 20 hard sets per muscle per week, taken close to failure. Beginners grow on the low end. Going far above 20 rarely adds much and makes recovery harder. Small muscles that get worked by big lifts, like triceps in pressing, need fewer direct sets.
Is push pull legs better than upper lower?
Neither is better in general. Push pull legs run six days hits each muscle twice a week; run three days it hits each muscle only once. Upper lower on four days also hits everything twice. Pick the one that matches the number of days you can train every week.
Is a bro split bad?
Not bad, but usually not optimal. A bro split trains each muscle once a week, often with a lot of sets in one session. Spreading the same sets over two sessions tends to give a bit more growth. If you enjoy a bro split and train hard, it still works.
How does the AI judge my routine?
It reads your routine the way a coach would: it counts weekly hard sets per muscle, checks how often each muscle is trained, looks for missing muscles and imbalances, and compares all of that with your goal and training days. The score is a guide to structure, not a verdict on your effort.
Is my routine stored?
No. The text you paste is sent to Google's Gemini model to write the review and is not saved by us. To enforce the daily limit we keep a random device id from your browser and a hashed version of your network address for two days, never your routine or the review.
