Film one set.
Get your faults.

Upload a short clip of one set and pose tracking checks every rep: your rep count, the two faults that matter most and one cue to fix them. Free, no account.

Film it like this

  • Side view, whole body in frame.
  • Phone steady, at hip height.
  • One set, 6 seconds or less.
  • Good light, nobody else in frame.

Your clip is kept only while it is checked, then deleted, within an hour at most. Frames are checked by Google Gemini; nothing is added to any account.

How to check your lifting form with AI

Pick the exercise, film one short set from the side, upload the clip and read your rep count, faults and cue.

  1. 1

    Pick the exercise

Choose from 15 lifts, from squats and deadlifts to curls and planks.

  2. 2

Film one set from the side

Whole body in frame, phone steady at hip height, one set of up to 6 seconds.

  3. 3

    Upload and read the result

Pose tracking counts your reps and finds your faults; the AI turns the top two into plain words with one cue for your next set.

How it works

Pose tracking first, AI words second.

Your clip is screened

A few frames are checked first, so a clip without a person or an exercise is stopped early and your free check is given back.

Pose tracking counts the reps

Body landmarks are tracked frame by frame. The same analyzers as the full HyperBody form check count your reps and flag faults like knees caving in or a rounded back.

The AI puts it in plain words

The two faults that matter most are turned into plain language with the rep they showed up in, plus one cue to fix them on your next set.

Questions, answered

The free form check, explained.

Which exercises can it check?
Fifteen: back squat, front squat, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, bench press, overhead press, pull-up, lat pulldown, barbell row, push-up, dips, lunges, bicep curl, lateral raise and plank. Each has its own analyzer with the faults that matter for that lift, the same ones the full HyperBody form check uses.
How should I film my set?
From the side, with your whole body in frame, the phone steady at about hip height and good light. Keep the clip to one set of 6 seconds or less, and make sure nobody else walks through the frame. A clear side view is what lets pose tracking see your joints.
Is my video stored?
Only while it is checked. The clip is uploaded to our storage so the analysis server can read it, and deleted as soon as the check finishes, usually within seconds and at most within an hour. A few frames are sent to Google Gemini for the screening step. Nothing is added to any account.
How accurate is the pose detection?
Good enough to count reps and catch clear faults when the clip is filmed well: side on, whole body visible, good light. Baggy clothes, a busy background or a front angle make it less reliable. It is a free first look, not a replacement for a coach watching you in person.
What does the full report add?
With a free account, the full form check scores every rep, shows short clips of the faulty ones, tracks joint angles and bar path through the set, gives a drill for each fault and follows your progress over time.
Why only one check per day?
Each check runs pose tracking on a server and two AI steps, and the tool is free. One per device per day keeps it that way. If a check fails because of the clip or on our side, your free check is given back.
