What the AI checks on your bicep curl.

Full range of motion
Your elbow angle is measured at both ends of every rep, flagging curls that stop short at the top and reps that never fully extend at the bottom.
Elbow position
Your elbows should stay pinned at your sides. Forward drift and elbows rising during the curl are both measured and flagged separately.
Cheat detection
Torso swing, leaning back, shoulders rocking forward, hip thrust, and leg drive are all measured independently, so the report names the exact cheat you used.
Eccentric control
The lowering phase is timed against the lifting phase. Negatives dropped much faster than the curl up get flagged as uncontrolled.
Arm sync
For barbell curls both wrists should move together. Alternating movement and height differences between hands are flagged.

Swinging the weight
Torso momentum doing the first third of the rep. The report separates back lean, hip thrust, and leg drive so you know which one crept in.
Half reps
Stopping short of full flexion at the top or full extension at the bottom, measured by elbow angle on every rep.
Elbows drifting forward
Elbows leaving your sides to shorten the lever, which turns a curl into a front raise hybrid.
Dropping the negative
Letting the bar fall instead of lowering it, which throws away the half of the rep that builds the most muscle.

How do I film my bicep curls for a form check?
Stand a few meters from your phone, side-on or at a slight angle, with your whole body in frame for the full set. The AI needs to see your hips and knees too, since that is where cheating shows up.
Can AI tell if I am swinging my curls?
Yes. The analyzer measures torso angle change, backward lean, shoulder drift, hip movement, and knee bend on every rep, each against its own threshold, so it can tell you exactly which cheat pattern appeared and on which reps.
What is a full range of motion curl?
The analyzer wants your elbow bent past about 60 degrees at the top and extended past about 140 degrees at the bottom. Reps that miss either end are flagged individually as incomplete.
What does the curl form report include?
Per-rep verdicts on range of motion, elbow drift, every cheat pattern from torso swing to leg drive, eccentric control, and left-right sync, plus tempo timing for both phases of every rep.
