How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Set two pulleys to above shoulder height

  2. Step 02

    Grip a handle in each hand, arms out wide

  3. Step 03

    Keep the upper arms parallel to the floor

  4. Step 04

    Curl the handles toward the head

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the biceps hard at the top

  6. Step 06

    Return slowly to the extended position
