How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Set a cable handle to its lowest position

  2. Step 02

    Grip the handle and step forward so the arm trails behind

  3. Step 03

    Keep the upper arm back and fixed

  4. Step 04

    Curl the handle up toward the shoulder

  5. Step 05

    Squeeze the biceps at the top

  6. Step 06

    Lower slowly into the stretch
