How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Set a box at the desired depth behind you

  2. Step 02

    Set the bar on the upper back and unrack

  3. Step 03

    Sit back onto the box under control

  4. Step 04

    Pause briefly without relaxing

  5. Step 05

    Drive through the floor to stand

  6. Step 06

    Keep the chest up throughout
