How to do it.

  1. Step 01

    Loop a band around the legs above the knees or ankles

  2. Step 02

    Set a quarter squat stance

  3. Step 03

    Step out to the side against the band

  4. Step 04

    Follow with the trailing foot, keeping tension

  5. Step 05

    Take several steps one way

  6. Step 06

    Reverse direction to finish

  • Stay low in an athletic stance

  • Avoid letting the knees cave in
