  1. Step 01

    Set pulleys at the lowest setting

    Step forward and brace your core

    With soft elbows, sweep arms up and in

    Meet hands at upper chest/neck height

    Control the eccentric back to start

  6. Step 06

    Repeat for smooth arcs
